Mi-T-M CBA-3504-1MAH — Belt-Drive 3500 PSI with Honda GX390 and AR Pump

The CBA-3504-1MAH couples a 389cc Honda GX390 OHV engine to an AR pump via a belt drive — a transmission method that runs the pump 30–40% slower than engine RPM, reducing pump heat and extending seal life versus direct-drive configurations. The aluminum frame keeps the unit at 165 lbs., and the patented vibration isolation plate absorbs drivetrain harmonics across full-shift operation.

CBA-3504-1MAH Belt Drive System and Pump Features

  • Belt-drive transmission — decouples pump from engine RPM, running pump at lower speed to reduce heat, noise, and wear versus direct-drive at equivalent pressure.
  • 389cc Honda GX390 OHV engine — commercial-duty cast-iron bore; Pressure Relief Start prevents kickback on 3,500 PSI systems.
  • AR pump with forged brass manifold — AR (Annovi Reverberi) is an Italian pump brand used across commercial and industrial cleaning equipment globally.
  • Thermal relief valve and clear-sleeve water filter — thermal relief discharges heat before pump seal damage; filter inspects without tools.
  • 13-inch flat-free tires and corrosion-resistant aluminum frame — 165-lb unit moves easily on job sites without puncture risk.

Job Site Use Cases for Belt-Drive Pressure Washers

Belt-drive pressure washers are preferred for extended-duration cleaning where pump longevity matters more than upfront cost. Painting contractors running 6–8 hour preparation cycles favor belt-drive units because pump seals last two to three times longer at lower RPM. Industrial maintenance teams cleaning large equipment fleets use belt-drive machines because lower operating temperature reduces glycol and detergent breakdown in the water stream. Fleet wash operations with 100+ units per shift get more service-life-per-dollar from belt-drive configurations than from direct-drive alternatives. ETL certified; 49-state engine — not for sale in California without factory CARB-compliant substitution.
