1. SCOPE AND INTENT
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Pretty Garage Things, www.prettygaragethings.com
- Region: United States
- Return window: 30 days total, but damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Return eligibility: Accepts returns for both defective and non-defective products if they meet policy conditions
- Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.
- Refund Processing Time: Refunds are processed in 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Restocking fee: 25% of the product price for approved returns

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Customers within the United States may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, subject to the conditions outlined below.

UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which they were received.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included components, manuals, labels, and tags where applicable.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
4. RETURN PROCESS

• Pretty Garage Things is not responsible for returns lost during transit

REFUNDS

- A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply

RESOLUTION
