Pretty Garage Things is owned and operated by CJ& LT Trucking LLC.
2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship within the United States only.
3. SHIPPING COSTS
• Free USA shipping on most products
• Any exceptions will be clearly displayed on the product page and at checkout
• There are no hidden fees
4. ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
• Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST may begin processing the same business day
• Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME
• Standard shipping time: 2–7 business days
• Total estimated delivery time (processing + shipping): 3–9 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, carrier delays, or supplier fulfillment timelines.
Certain products may have extended processing or delivery times. Any product-specific shipping timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
6. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We use trusted shipping carriers to deliver orders safely, including:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
7. TRACKING INFORMATION
All orders include tracking information.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing:
• Your tracking number
• Carrier information
• A tracking link for your shipment
8. SHIPPING ISSUES
DELAYED DELIVERIES

LOST PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged:
• Take clear photos of the packaging and damaged product
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or appropriate resolution where applicable.
MISSING ITEMS
If items are missing from your order:
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe:

• We will investigate the shipment with the carrier
• Provide your order number and details regarding the missing item(s)
We will work to resolve the issue promptly by shipping the missing item or issuing a refund where appropriate.
9. RETURNS & REFUNDS (SUMMARY)
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
• Refunds are processed within the timeframe stated in our Return & Refund Policy (up to 14 business days after inspection and approval)

10. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Pretty Garage Things is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
11. RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:
• We will contact you regarding reshipment options
• Additional shipping charges may apply
